Rohan Gupta
Founder & CEO
Rohan is an experienced sports marketing professional having worked on multiple high profile partnerships in India and abroad.
He started his career at a young age in talent management and gained the requisite exposure of structuring and managing sports partnerships with meaningful value and return for all stakeholders. He then worked his way into sponsorship and marketing management. He founded Sport Ex Consultancy in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since. He has a special interest in delivering value through contextual sports IPs and value driven projects.

Raghav Nagpal
Founder & Business Head
Raghav, a Sports Marketing Professional who is driven by creating Value Propositions for partners has been working in the Sports industry for more than 4 years. He has worked on various sports partnership across the sporting ecosystem be it commercial or strategic.
Being an Ex Cricketer, sports and sports business comes naturally to him and sponsorships is his key area of expertise and focus. Having worked on Corporate sports partnership in his early days, he then moved towards working around professional sports. He is currently a partner and founder at Sport Ex Consultancy where he is responsible for running the company’s business and economical growth on all fronts.

Aditya Amare
Partnership & Sales Executive
A Real Madrid University graduate, Aditya joined Sport Ex Consultancy as Partnership and Sales Executive back in April 2022.
Before entering the Sports Industry, Aditya worked as an intern in various departments and various industries. But coming from a sporting background, he decided to follow his passion and make sports as his career choice and went on to pursue a Master’s in Sports Marketing. At Sport Ex, he is responsible for looking after our clients and managing the partnerships along with bringing in new businesses.
